Duck Tails , (watercolor), 7x10 Original: $200 11x14 matted prints: $35 16x20 matted prints: $60 I love to watch ducks.  They are constantly entertaining.  These two are happily foraging.  This painting is from another park sketch.  I experimented with the use of marker and with the color in the orange lines, as I felt the painting needed something to emphasize the shape of the duck's tails.

Turtle Rain , (watercolor), 18 x 24 Original: $750 11x14 matted prints: $35 16x20 matted prints $60 I started with the painting of the flowers, from a sketch I did while on a hike.  I wanted to add the rain drops and the turtles were from an old painting that I wasn't happy with, I felt like they needed a new home.
