 These three geese were happily grazing together

  I saw this great blue heron in the park, I don't see them too often.

  These squirrels were having a great time racing around the tree.

Cormorant Party , (watercolor) 10x12 Original $450 matted prints 11x14 $35, 16x20 $60  This is a little painting I did from a sketch at the park.  These cormorants were all hanging out in the tree together.

Cascading Showers, (watercolor), 22x30 Original $800 matted prints 11x14 $35,  16x20 $60   I finished this painting recently, titled "Cascading Showers".  I started with the flower in the center, it's shape made me think of an umbrella which led me to the rest of the background.

 These geese look like they're having their own private meeting in their own private clubhouse on top of the fence!

 On this day's walk I focused on plants I saw, I noticed various flowers and leaves.  At the top of the page are two squirrels running up a tree.  

 On this day's walk I saw a green heron, hummingbird and water birds.  I'm also always interested  in various kinds of leaves, there's such a variety!

 On my walk this day I saw squirrels, a butterfly, dragonfly, cormorant and turtle, as well as another observer sitting on a bench enjoying all the activity.  

I saw 6 black crowned night herons all together in a tree!  I've never seen more than one at a time before!
