Dragonfly Dream  (watercolor) 26x30 Original: $900 11x14 matted prints: $35 16x20 matted prints $60 This painting started with a sketch I made at the park of two dragonflies resting for a moment.  I wanted a different kind of background for them so then I added the flowers.  The two cormorants are from another park sketch.  Altogether I feel like the painting has a dreamy feeling.

Turtle Party  (watercolor) Original: $350 11x14 matted prints: $35 16x20 matted prints $60 This painting is from a sketch at the little park by Pixie Playland in Concord California. There always seems to be lots of turtles there and these turtles are enjoying the sun.

Duck Drinking  (watercolor) 11x14 Original:$350 11x14 matted prints:$35 16x20 matted prints $60 This painting was done from a quick sketch I made at a park of a duck drinking.  I did the drawing with colored markers as an experiment and then added watercolor.

Blooming Lily  (watercolor) 28x21 Original: $850 11x14 matted prints: $35 16x20 matted prints $60 This painting started out to be something else as I had meant to include some geese and other things but when I finished the flower I liked it so much as is I didn't want to add anything else.  This painting was done from a sketch of a photo of a flower at Heather Farms garden in Walnut Creek, CA.
